Terms and Conditions

Welcome to QuickCabRender (formerly AskZaik). Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the website and rendering services operated by us ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, buying credits, or uploading an image for rendering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Service

QuickCabRender provides an AI-powered visualization tool designed for the cabinet and construction industry. The Service allows users to upload 2D screenshots or line drawings ("Input Content") which are processed by our artificial intelligence engine to generate photorealistic conceptual images ("Rendered Output").

No Engineering Accuracy: The Service is a Sales and Concept tool, not an engineering or manufacturing tool. The AI interprets visual data creatively. It does not read CAD dimensions. You acknowledge that the Rendered Output is for illustrative purposes only and should never be used as a construction document or measurement guide.

2. Credits, Billing & Refunds

The Credit System: The Service operates on a "Credit" basis. Credits are purchased in packs or subscriptions and are stored in your account wallet.

  • 1 Credit = 1 Render Generation.

  • Every time you click "Generate," one credit is deducted from your balance, regardless of whether you choose to download the final result.

No Refunds on Used Credits: Due to the high computational costs of AI generation, we do not offer refunds for credits used to generate images that you do not like. AI generation involves a degree of randomness; minor artifacts, hallucinations (e.g., incorrect handles), or stylistic interpretations are part of the technology.

  • System Failures: If the system crashes or fails to return an image at all, the credit will typically be refunded to your balance automatically. If not, please contact support.

Refund Policy (Unused Credits): If you purchase a Credit Pack by mistake, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided zero (0) credits from that pack have been used. Once a single credit is used, the pack is non-refundable.

Credit Expiration: Paid credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. If an account is dormant (no login) for 12 months, we reserve the right to expire unused credits.

3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Your Input: You retain all ownership rights to the original screenshots, sketches, or designs you upload ("Input Content"). You represent and warrant that you have the right to upload this content and that it does not violate any third-party confidentiality agreements.

The Output: Upon successful deduction of a Credit, QuickCabRender assigns to you a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the Rendered Output for your business purposes (e.g., showing clients, marketing materials, social media).

Our Rights: You grant QuickCabRender a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, store, and modify your Input Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

  • Portfolio Use: Unless you have an Enterprise agreement stating otherwise, you agree that we may use anonymized "Before & After" examples of your renders for our own marketing and gallery showcases.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties (The "AI" Clause)

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We make no warranties regarding the architectural accuracy of the Rendered Output.

  • Hallucinations: The AI may add, remove, or alter details (such as hardware, lighting fixtures, or window placements) in the pursuit of "photorealism."

  • Color Matching: We do not guarantee exact paint or stain matching. "Navy Blue" in the prompt is an approximation, not a Sherwin Williams paint code match.

5. Limitation of Liability

You agree that QuickCabRender shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from: (i) The use of our renders in a contractual or construction setting. (ii) Loss of sales or client dissatisfaction arising from the difference between the Render and the final installed product. (iii) Unauthorized access to your stored images.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Victoria, Australia, to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.


Privacy Policy

Your privacy is critical to us. Because we process your proprietary designs, we want to be transparent about where your data goes.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account Data: Name, Email, and Company details.

  • Visual Data: The screenshots, CAD drawings, and sketches you upload for rendering.

  • Prompt Data: The text descriptions you select or type (e.g., "White Shaker, Oak Floors").

  • Usage Data: Render history, credit usage, and error logs.

2. How We Process Your Images (The "AI Stack")

We are not a black box. To provide this Service, we must share your uploaded images with specific third-party AI processors. By using the Service, you authorize the transfer of your Input Content to:

  • Google Cloud / Google Gemini: Our core AI vision and image generation partner. Your images are processed on Google's secure cloud infrastructure.

  • Make.com: Used for workflow automation and routing data between our frontend and the AI engine.

  • Outseta: Used to store your user profile and credit balance.

  • Google Drive: Used for temporary storage of your generated gallery images.

We do not sell your design data. We only transfer data to these sub-processors as strictly necessary to generate your image.

3. Data Retention

  • Gallery Storage: We store your rendered images in your "My Gallery" for your convenience. However, we are not a long-term cloud storage provider. We recommend downloading your renders immediately. We reserve the right to delete images older than 90 days to manage server costs.

4. Security

We use industry-standard SSL encryption for all data in transit. Your images are stored using secure, restricted-access buckets. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of uploaded intellectual property.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data (including your Render Gallery). To exercise this right, please contact support@quickcabrender.com (or your previous support email).


Cookie Policy

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you logged in (Authentication) and to process credit payments securely (Stripe). We may use anonymous analytics cookies to see which Room Types (e.g., "Kitchen" vs "Mudroom") are most popular, helping us improve the AI models. You can control cookies via your browser settings.
